WHO WE ARE

CONVERGENCE BY DESIGN (M) SDN BHD is an award-winning landscape consultancy for residential, commercial and master planning projects - including resort hotels, condominiums and mixed-used developments.

We craft landscapes to suit users’ social and economic needs, promoting interaction between people and their environment. Creating outdoor spaces of high functionality and aesthetic value that converge to form art; we are known as Convergence By Design.

Established in 2007 as Urbanis Landscape Design (M) Sdn Bhd, we rebranded in 2018 as Convergence by Design (M) Sdn Bhd to reflect our relationship with the Conspec Group of Companies: Conspec Builders (M) Sdn Bhd as a main contractor and Conspec Resources (M) Sdn Bhd as a building materials manufacturer.

Our partnership with Urbanis Landscape Architecture (Thailand) under the company Urbanis International Sdn Bhd hires international designers to work on concept and planning.

For all other works requiring supervision and local regulations, our Malaysian team ensures communication is smooth and seamless. Through partnerships, Convergence By Design (M) Sdn Bhd endeavours to grow in knowledge of the latest trends in design and construction, to expertly execute projects that are award winning.

As of August 2025, Convergence by Design (M) Sdn. Bhd. is officially registered and certified as a Landscape Architect Consulting Firm by the Institute of Landscape Architects Malaysia (ILAM).

This certification reflects our recognition as qualified professionals in landscape architecture, upholding ILAM’s standards in delivering quality & sustainable design solutions.
