Convergence By Design (M) Sdn Bhd (CoBD) is an international award-winning landscape consultancy for residential, commercial and master planning projects  - including resort hotels, condominiums and mixed-used developments.

 

We craft landscapes to suit users’ social and economic needs, promoting interaction between people and their environment. Creating outdoor spaces of high functionality and aesthetic value that converge to form art; we are known as Convergence By Design. 

Established in 2007 and previously known as Urbanis Landscape Design (M) Sdn Bhd,  CoBD was rebranded in 2018 to reflect our ties with Conspec Builders (M) Sdn Bhd and Conspec Resources (M) Sdn Bhd. Conspec Builders is a Main Contractor while Conspec Resources is a manufacturer of landscape materials.

Our partnership with Urbanis Landscape Architecture (Thailand) under the company Urbanis International Sdn Bhd hires international designers to work on concept and planning. For all other works requiring supervision and local regulations, our Malaysian team ensures communication is smooth and seamless. Through partnerships, CoBD endeavours to grow in knowledge of the latest trends in design and construction, to expertly execute projects that are award winning.
