Partnering with Conspec Buiders, we designed and built the landscape for Gurney Paragon Mall.

The mall is built around St. Joseph’s Novitate, a 1925 chapel that was restored and incorporated into the mall’s open-plan layout design. The first floor has open spaces and water features to attract shoppers to participate in events, relax and dine along al-fresco areas while enjoying a borrowed view of the sea.

Gurney Paragon Mall was named Malaysia’s best retail development in the 2018 Asia Pacific Property Awards.
